1. Shipping Destinations Mona Lisa Creations currently ships within the United States only, including the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Free Shipping — Available on qualifying orders (no additional charge)
- UPS Shipping — Rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- USPS — Rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
3. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 days of purchase. Items that are ordered to be made may take up to 5-14 days or sooner depending on the item. For example, a custom sized skirt or jacket etc. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders should be placed with sufficient time in advanced to special holidays.
